21 Balfour Street in Culcairn consisted of the renovation of an old warehouse and its reintegration in the social and cultural life of the town. BPDS managed the entire process and managed to achieve a great outcome by the use of low cost building solutions and a sustainable reuse approach. We finalised the leasing of it for the owner as part of a medical centre health hub precinct as a gymnasium
