Kiora Road Aged Care Facility’s architecture blends functionality with warmth to provide exceptional care. Soft colours and landscaped gardens create a welcoming exterior. Inside, spacious corridors and private rooms balance communal living with personal space. Ramps, handrails, and elevators ensure ease of mobility, prioritising safety for all residents. Large windows and ventilation systems fill our facility with natural light and fresh air, promoting a bright and uplifting atmosphere. Our role was to manage the consolidation and acquisition of multiple site for the on sale to a specialist aged care provider which was successfully achieved and the resultant RACF is a benefit to the community generally
