Penrose Road, Bundanoon

Our client purchased an englobo parcel of land on Penrose Road in Bundanoon. We obtained DA approval for a 10 lot subdivision and managed the renovation of the existing heritage cottage. We then managed the sale of the lots of land and the dwelling. The site is now  fully developed and a new community has formed.The site is very easily accessible by bike or by car via Penrose road, being located close to the centre of Bundanoon and its commercial facilities and train station. We managed the process from site acquisition to settlement for our client
